Tara Steburg, of Algona, addressed the panel at Eggs and Issues with her concerns that funds should be found to support Medicaid. Steburg had a special interest in the issues that effect Medicaid due to the fact that her son, Taylor Steburg, then 7, who has Down syndrome, was receiving funds from Medicaid.
