Tracy Crimmins, a business instructor at Iowa Central Community College, hands out doughnuts and juice with a smile to student, Jake Pliner, during “Doughnuts with Doc” to celebrate the first day of the fall semester. The 2,000 doughnuts that were distributed to students were donated by Sun Market & Deli and the fruit punch was donated by Pepsi. Pliner is taking general studies classes and hopes to enter the teaching profession in the future.
