FDSH holds virtual Vocal Solo Ensemble Festival

Students in the Fort Dodge Senior High vocal music department recently participated virtually in the 2021 Solo and Ensemble Festival by submitting recordings of their performances.

Vocal students were judged on 12 performances with six receiving Division I “Superior” ratings and six receiving Division II “Excellent” ratings. Additionally, a vocal trio consisting of Joey Kelley, Victoria Pavik and Macey Peterson, all seniors, received the “Best in Center” award with a perfect score for their performance of “The Parting Glass.”
