As a Fort Dodge native and St Edmond graduate, O’Brien has long been inspired by the world of homes and the role they play in people’s lives. His interest in real estate began at a young age, driven by a fascination with how spaces are designed, built, and ultimately transformed into places where families create lasting memories. Today, he turns that passion into purpose by guiding clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives: finding the perfect place to call home.

“Real estate has always been something I’ve been drawn to,” said O’Brien. “But more than that, I’ve always believed my purpose is to make others happy. Helping families find a home where they can grow, feel safe, and build their future is incredibly meaningful to me.”

O’Brien is widely recognized throughout the Fort Dodge community for his leadership, creativity, and commitment to service. He is the founder of Brady O’Brien Live, a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising funds and awareness for local families and charitable causes. Through live entertainment and community-driven events, the organization has made a tangible impact by giving back to those in need–reflecting O’Brien’s belief that success is measured by the difference you make in others’ lives.

In addition to his nonprofit work, O’Brien plays an active role in numerous community initiatives and events throughout the year. As the Iowa Central Cooordinator for Center for Performing Arts, he continues to develop his passion for civic engagement and community development. His involvement across multiple committees and organizations highlights his dedication to strengthening the place he proudly calls home.

Outside of work, O’Brien enjoys spending time with family, which he considers the most important part of his life. He is an accomplished pianist with a love for music and theater, and he finds joy in being outdoors and staying connected to the community around him.

“Family is everything,” O’Brien added. “That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others find a place they can truly call home. A home is more than just a property–it’s where life happens. I’m honored to be part of that journey for families in our community.”
