Ricole Potts

LAKE CITY — Ricole Potts has been named the March Path to Excellence Award recipient at Stewart Memorial Community Hospital in Lake City.

She has worked at the hospital for almost 25 years in several different departments. For the past five years, she has served as the surgery clinic nurse.

“I love being part of a team that helps guide patients through their surgical journey from start to finish,” Potts said. “Surgery can be stressful for patients and families, and I try to treat every patient the way I would want my own family treated — with kindness, patience and reassurance.”
