Andy Johnson, a food service worker lead in nutritional services, has been named the 2025 Employee of the Year at UnityPoint Health — Trinity Regional Medical Center.

He was the September 2025 Employee of the Month.

He was nominated by Deb Hoover, food production coordinator in nutritional services, for his dedication and work ethic.

“Andy is always great at helping anyone and everyone when he can,” Hoover wrote. “He goes above and beyond each and every day. He always steps up and offers to come in early and help out, which usually results in him being here for extra hours on those days.”
