John Conner

John Conner, a patient care technician in acute care at UnityPoint Health – Trinity Regional Medical Center, received the ROSE Award.

He was nominated for the honor by a family member of one of his patients.

“I am so appreciative of John’s assistance with his patients and his compassion in care,” the family member wrote. “Patients are not always the easiest to work with. Thank you so much for being here for us.”

The ROSE Award stands for Recognition Of Service Excellence and is presented to patient care technicians who consistently demonstrate excellence through clinical expertise, extraordinary service and compassionate care.
