Desiree Diemer

Desiree Diemer has joined the staff of the Community Health Center of Fort Dodge as a mental health therapist.

She has a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. She is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, and trauma-informed therapy practices.

She specializes in working with children beginning at age 2.

The Community Health Center of Fort Dodge is a federally qualified health center providing medical, dental, behavioral health, optical and pharmacy services. It accepts Medicare, Medicaid, most major health insurance plans, and offers a sliding fee scale based on a patient’s ability to pay.
