Deb Graham, a unit clerk in radiology, was named the November Employee of the Month at UnityPoint Health — Trinity Regional Medical Center.

She was nominated by Diane Happel, a nuclear medicine technologist, for ensuring patients visiting radiology have a positive first impression and for providing meaningful contributions to improving patient experience.

Happel said Graham has a positive, helpful attitude and a welcoming smile.

“She anticipates team member needs and is a go to for answers to questions,” Happel said. “Deb is an exceptional role model and valued team member.”
