Molly Hiveley, a marketing communications specialist in Public Relations/Marketing, was named the July Employee of the Month at UnityPoint Health — Fort Dodge.

She was nominated by Jeni Hill, another marketing communications specialist, for her willingness to volunteer whenever another team member or department needs help.

“While in the Trinity Birth Center taking pictures of the first baby of the year, the team expressed a desire to give something to the new parents,” Hill said. “Molly quickly put together a welcome basket with promotional items to give to the couple before they left the hospital.”

“Molly coordinates the Back to School New Shoes Drive, community coloring contest, Santa and the Grinch event and many of our community outreach activities,” Hill added. “She is well-connected with the Fort Dodge community and such a great asset to our organization.”
