Cordle takes position at Northwest Bank

Lucas Cordle has accepted the position of treasury management representative at Northwest Bank in Fort Dodge, according to Matt Dutcher, the bank’s president.

In his new role, Cordle will assist business clients with their day-to-day financial operations, helping them streamline processes using treasury products and services. He is focused on building relationships and providing customized solutions that align with clients’ long-term business goals, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

He brings several years of banking experience to his new position, having started with Northwest Bank in 2019 as a teller while still in high school. He continued working for the bank throughout college, eventually joining the Ames location as a customer service representative. His responsibilities included assisting clients with account transactions, debit card services, and overall customer support.

He graduated in December 2024 from Iowa State University in Ames with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
