Bradley Koenig, IT technical support specialist, was named the April Employee of the Month at UnityPoint Health — Trinity Regional Medical Center.

Bradley was nominated by Amy Palmer, senior clinic administrator, Trinity Heart Center.

“With the opening of Trinity Heart Center, we had a lot of IT needs. Many of them were physician specific and required 1:1 support and education,” said Palmer. “Bradley came in-person multiple times to assist our providers to make sure they had what they needed.”

While Koenig provided extra support to those who struggle with technology, he always made sure all physician requests from that day were addressed.

“Bradley always offers to help and directs my team in the correct direction for the fastest line of support,” Palmer said. “He goes above and beyond in his role to ensure my team has what they need to take care of patients.”
