Jeni Hill, marketing communications specialist at UnityPoint Health — Trinity Regional Medical Center, was named the September Employee of the Month.

She was nominated by Susan Quade, manager of Trinity Rehabilitation Services, for the work she has done to promote and enhance the services offered by the rehab department.

“Jeni has gone out of her way to ensure she is available to interview, photograph or video staff and patients in the rehab settings,” Quade said. “She has assisted us with articles and videos to post on the Facebook page, share on the website and promote in the community.”

She describes Hill as genuine in her discussions with staff and patients in hopes of getting the best and most positive interactions to share.

“Jeni was also instrumental in helping make suggestions for environmental branding in the new outpatient areas, and spent a great deal of time taking measurements, reviewing options and offering suggestions to the design team,” Quade said. “All these efforts on Jeni’s part helped make the branding in our new spaces phenomenal.”
