Shiflett named April Employee of the Month

Shelbie Shiflett, a registered nurse at UnityPoint Clinic Kenyon Road -- Pulmonology, was named the May Employee of the Month for UnityPoint Health -- Fort Dodge.
She was nominated by Samantha Kraft, CMA, UnityPoint Clinic Kenyon Road -- Pulmonology, who shared about her positivity and the contributions she makes to the department.
"Shelbie is a leader and doesn't stop until a problem is fixed. If she sees someone struggling or if something needs to be done, she jumps right in to help make things easier," said Kraft. "Shelbie is a role model -- a positive and kind person in our office. We are so lucky to have her in our office and part of our family."
Kraft shared that Shiflett is a positive asset to the Pulmonology team, is always willing to learn new things and goes above and beyond for patients and team members.
