The Iowa Agency Resource Group announced the 2024 inductees to the Team Member Hall of Fame for Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota participants. Mandi Hruska has been a multi-year qualifier. The qualifications for the honor include helping customers with the highest level of customer service in financial service including life insurance, health insurance, and banking products.

Hruska, who works at Dan Flattery State Farm Agency in Fort Dodge, was inducted for her efforts in 2022-23 in the Life Insurance Lives Protected category at a banquet held in Omaha, Nebraska, on June 1.

The award presentations were by President Sam Sorenson and participating board members.

“These team members represent remarkable customer care and integrity,” Sorenson said. “They are the top producers in our industry and set the standard for helping customers with their insurance and financial service needs.”

Hruska, of Humboldt, has been a representative at Dan Flattery Agency for 11 years.
