Erin Hoversten-Majewski, administrator of the Simpson Health Center at Friendship Haven, recently graduated from the national LeadingAge Larry Minnix Leadership Academy.

The Leadership Academy is designed to develop the leadership capacities and core competencies of aging services professionals by tapping into their natural talents and authentic leadership styles, irrespective of their professional experience, job title, or type of position within an organization. The work involves leadership theory, member site visits across the United States, leaders in residence networking, study circles and action learning.

Hoversten-Majewski joined Friendship Haven in 2022. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of care delivery and business of the health center including its policies and procedures.
