Sue Francois

Sue Francois, clerk/receptionist in Volunteer & Guest Services, was named the June Employee of the Month at UnityPoint Health — Trinity Regional Medical Center.

Francois was nominated by Alison Hanna, Volunteer & Guest Services manager.

Francois is oftentimes the first person people see when they walk in the Main Entrance at Trinity Regional Medical Center. Although she mainly works at the Information Desk, she consistently helps other departments and always jumps in to help whenever she can to help patients and visitors.

“You always see Sue smile, and she is always so polite and kind and treats everyone with the utmost respect and dignity,” Hanna said. “She always greets our patients and guests with a smile, extreme kindness, and is always willing to help in any way that she can.”

Francois, who has worked at Trinity for 44 years, consistently works together with volunteers and guest assistants to ensure things run as smoothly as they can for patients and guests.
