In her new role, she will assist individuals with their home ownership goals by providing financing options for home purchases, new home construction and refinancing existing mortgage loans.

She has been with Northwest Bank for 11 years and has held numerous positions throughout her career.

Niemand lives with her husband, Josh, and their children, Charlotte and Drake, in Duncombe. She is involved in Iowa Bankers Teach Children to Save, coaches youth sports and is involved in parks and recreation activities.
