He was previously the vice president loan officer at the Webster City branch. He has been with Availa Bank since 2017, but has more than 15 years of banking experience in the area.

In his new role, he will provide leadership and direction for the Webster City market in all departments including loans, marketing and retail while also managing the market’s financials and daily operations.

Williams is a Webster City native. He graduated from Webster City High School in 2003. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate from the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls. in 2007. He lived in Cedar Falls for six years before returning to Webster City.

He is the president of the Webster City Area Chamber of Commerce, a Baird Scholarship Fund board member and a second grade basketball coach. He is past president of the Webster City Lions Club.
