Rasch joins Community Health Center

Tayler Rasch, advanced registered nurse practitioner, has joined the Community Health Center of Fort Dodge as a certified family nurse practitioner. She is seeing patients of all ages for health promotion, prevention, and care of acute and chronic illness.

Rasch attended Iowa Central Community College where she received her associate degree before attending Chamberlain University, Chicago, Illinois, to complete her BSN and FNP. Prior to completing her degree to practice, she worked as a primary care nurse and taught Health Science for Fort Dodge Senior High School. She was also an educator with Iowa Central Community College, where she taught Certified Nursing Assistants as well as clinical instruction.

Rasch was born and raised in Manson. She and her husband, Landon, share three children.

Community Health Center of Fort Dodge offers medical, dental and behavioral health services and has been serving the Fort Dodge area since 2006. Community Health Center of Fort Dodge is open to all and accepts insured, underinsured and uninsured patients. It offers a sliding-fee scale based on income and household size for those that qualify.
