Allison Zuspann

Friendship Haven has announced that Allison Zuspann has been promoted to director of nursing.

Zuspann grew up in Fort Dodge and graduated from Iowa Central Community College with her associate’s degree in nursing before receiving her Bachelor of Nursing from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City. She started her career at Friendship Haven in 2007 as a charge nurse, and in 2014 became the clinical coordinator of the Journeys neighborhood. In 2017, she was promoted to neighborhood director of Journeys and most recently has served as interim director of nursing.

She and her husband, Jerid Zuspann, and her two boys, Hayden and Mason, live on their acreage. She keeps busy going to her sons’ sporting events and family trips to Okoboji.
