DES MOINES – UScellular has named Monique Moore as the director of sales for west Iowa. Moore previously served as the company’s senior manager of marketing planning in Chicago.

The director of sales role allows UScellular to tailor its support and offerings to the needs of individual communities, while managing its overall business, driving an exceptional customer experience and moving faster in a competitive wireless industry.

Moore will oversee retail stores in Altoona, Ames, Ankeny, Creston, Des Moines, Fort Dodge, Indianola, Mason City, Spencer, Storm Lake and West Des Moines.

Moore has been with UScellular for 10 years. Her previous experience includes marketing strategy and planning, national retail and retail sales leadership.

A North Carolina native, Moore earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and master’s degree in business strategy from Western Governors University. Moore and her husband Philip will move to central Iowa with their three children, Amiyah, Cruz and Rowyn.
