Matt Dutcher, of Fort Dodge, has been named senior vice president of Northwest Bank in Fort Dodge.

John Taets, regional bank president of Northwest Bank in Fort Dodge, recently made the announcement.

“We are happy to have Matt join our Northwest Bank team,” Taets said. “His years of management and business knowledge is valuable to our customers and he’ll provide a high level of service and leadership.”

Dutcher’s responsibilities include developing and servicing commercial businesses to assist with their banking needs while supporting their business growth and development goals.

He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in communications.

Prior to joining Northwest Bank, Dutcher was employed at Great Western Bank in Fort Dodge where he served at market president.

Dutcher is involved in the community and is a current a board member of the Fort Dodge Betterment Foundation and Development Corporation of Greater Fort Dodge.

He has served on the Fort Dodge Housing Agency and Co-Chair of the Unity Point Hospice Ball.
