Gwenda Naylor Anderson is providing one-on-one care for residents at Friendship Haven as a life enrichment/companion.

Her job is to provide resident-centered care and services to meet the individual needs of each resident.

These services are done in a residential setting to enhance the capacity of the residents to attain or maintain their highest level of independence, offering choice and control.

Naylor Anderson was previously employed by IowaWorks as a workforce advisor. After 32-and-half years, she retired from IowaWorks in December of 2019.

She is working at Friendship Haven part-time.
