Neil Flattery, a Fort Dodge native, recently returned to the city to work for Schnurr and Company.

Flattery graduated from St. Edmond High School in 2012.

He double majored in accounting and finance from the University of Iowa and graduated there in May of 2016.

Flattery worked for three years at Bohr, Dahm, Greif, and Associates in Cedar Rapids.

He became CPA certified on Dec. 7, 2017.

At Schnurr and Company, Flattery will be responsible for planning and performing audit and attest services and preparing audited financial statements for businesses, governmental entities, not-for-profits, and employee benefit plans.

He will also prepare tax returns for businesses and individuals along with providing tax planning services to clients.
