Community Health Center of Fort Dodge is participating in the Hy-Vee Giving Tag program.

Giving Tag is a reusable bag program that facilitates community support with the goal to make a difference in the communities where customers live and work.

When a customer purchases a $2.50 red My Heart Reusable Bag at any Hy-Vee store, they have the opportunity to direct a $1 donation to a local non-profit by using the attached Giving Tag.

“Any opportunity to raise funds to further our mission of providing quality health care services for all is a good thing,” said Community Health Center CEO Renae Kruckenberg.

The Community Health Center of Fort Dodge began in 2006. It offers medical, dental and mental health services.

It has locations in Fort Dodge, Mason City and Dayton.
