SOMERS — Heartland Bank, of Somers, is pleased to welcome Scott Weber.

Weber, a native of Audubon, will serve as the business development officer in the Jefferson area.

His responsibilities include finding ways Heartland Bank can best help the Jefferson area with growth and development.

Weber is a graduate of Buena Vista University. He has 15 years of insurance and banking experience.
