Kim Arlaban recently joined the staff of KHI Solutions as an agency support specialist.

Her main responsibility will be helping support the agent and the client teams within the agency.

Arlaban will assist by maintaining database changes, client and agent customer service, carrier contracting, and backing up the front desk.

KHI specializes in employer benefits and individual/Medicare products.

KHI has offices in Fort Dodge and West Des Moines, with more than 300 independent agents statewide.
