Liz Flattery, Friendship Haven director of wellness, recently became a certified fitness professional with the Aquatic Exercise Association.

Obtaining AEA certification is considered the highest level of achievement for those leading aquatic group fitness and personal training.

Both Flattery, and wellness team member, Andrea Doster, have received multiple accreditations and certifications in senior fitness and health.

Friendship Haven is proud to have such committed and driven team members available to residents and community members through the Wellness Center.
