As the new clinical coordinator of Arbor Lane in the Simpson Health Center at Friendship Haven, Melissa Grantham is excited to take on her new role.

Her duties include overseeing household operations, promoting clinical and quality excellence to enhance the resident’s wellbeing and ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Grantham will collaborate with the household coordinator, residents and other employees to determine what clinical and support services the neighborhood needs to live with faith, passion and purpose.

Grantham began working at Friendship Haven in October 2017 and brings many years of long-term care experience with her. She previously worked as a charge nurse on Arbor Lane before moving into her new role.
