The jail identified its first positive COVID-19 case last week, according to Webster County Sheriff Jim Stubbs. Since then, all 68 inmates and staff were tested. A total of 15 have tested positive: eight inmates, five staff members and two already home in isolation.
Mask use has been mandated for everyone in the jail.
