Parents of the couple are Marc and Jill Matthes and Bruce and Dee Murman, all of Fort Dodge.

Matron of Honor was Rebecca Read, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Brianna Sell, Megan Matthes, Paige Collins, and Beth Murman, sister of the groom. Personal attendants were Bre Drees and Toryn Gailey. Junior personal attendants were Linnie and Gretta Pratt.

Flower girl was Nora Drees and ring bearer was Weston Drees.

Best man was Jacob Lamoreux. Groomsmen were Cam Long, Nate Parsons, Jake Smith, and Nathan Matthes, brother of the bride. Ushers were Steve Liao and Anders Jensen.

The bride is a 2015 graduate of Fort Dodge Senior High and received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Northern Iowa in 2019. She is employed with the Sioux City school district as a third-grade teacher at Unity Elementary.

The groom is a 2015 graduate of Fort Dodge Senior High and received his bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and Exercise Physiology from Luther College in 2019. He is currently attending Briar Cliff University in the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program and will graduate in May 2023.
