Parents of the couple are Tom and Beth Simpson, of Epworth; Belinda and Frank Green, of Harcourt; and Calvin and Billie Wiemers, of Manson.

The matron of honor was Kate Heezen of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Bridesmaids were Josie Greve, of Madison, Wisconsin; Nicole Aaronson, of Ann Arbor, Michigan; and Jennifer Engler ,of Mt. Pleasant, Wisconsin.

The best man was Shawn Wiemers, of Manson, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Danny Zach, of Fort Dodge; Justin Waller, of Manson; and Jonathan Simpson, of Ripon, Wisconsin, brother of the bride.

The bride graduated from Simpson College and Colorado State University. She is a 5-12 instrumental music teacher at Bishop Garrigan in Algona. The groom graduated from Loras College. He is a middle school teacher at St. Edmond in Fort Dodge.

The couple honeymooned in New England, especially Maine and Massachusetts. They live in Humboldt.
