Parents of the couple are Dave and Connie Hoffman, of Willey, and Terri Wessels, of Palmer, and the late Terry Wessels.

A Sept. 15 wedding is planned.

Hoffman is a 2013 graduate of Kuemper Catholic High School and a 2017 graduate of Iowa State University, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Management. She works in Human Resources at Elanco in Fort Dodge.

Wessels is a 2013 graduate of Kuemper Catholic High School. He co-manages the family owned business, Wessels Oil in Palmer.

The couple lives at Twin Lakes.
