Tim Flattery and Victoria Scarpinato

WEST DES MOINES — Victoria Scarpinato and Tim Flattery, both of West Des Moines, are engaged.

Parents of the couple are Jeff and Judy Scarpinato, of Sherrard, Illinois; and Dave and Debbie Flattery, of Fort Dodge.

A Nov. 24, 2018, wedding is planned.

Scarpinato graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies, and a minor in human relations and entrepreneurial management. She is an account executive at Holmes Murphy, Waukee.

Flattery graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a bachelor’s degree. He is an account executive at Creative Risk Solutions, Waukee.
