Parents of the couple are Dan and Celeste Barkley, of Marion; and Bill and Cheri Wafful, of Clare; and Mark and Angie Pugh, of Fort Dodge.
An Oct. 6, 2018, wedding is planned.
Pugh works in park maintenance for the city of Cedar Rapids.
Barkley is a service technician for Billion Honda in Iowa City.
