Brooke Axness and Neil Flattery

Brooke Axness, of Iowa City, and Neil Flattery, of Cedar Rapids, are engaged.

Parents of the couple are Matt Axness, of Fort Dodge; Jennifer Housken, of Fort Dodge; and Dave and Debbie Flattery, of Fort Dodge.

A June 30 wedding is planned.

Axness is a graduate of the University of Iowa where she earned her degree in biology. She currently is a master’s candidate in urban and regional planning at the University of Iowa.

Flattery earned his bachelor of accountancy degree from the University of Iowa. He is a CPA with Bohr, Dahm, Greif and Associates PC.
