Carolyn Holm and Mitch Eslick, both of Sigourney, were married Sept. 24, 2016, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Sigourney. Parents of the couple are Jeff and Shirley Holm, of Sigourney; and Marty and Janet Eslick, of Fort Dodge. Maid of honor was Meredith Holm, of Sigourney, sister of the bride. Best man was Tom Koenen, of Waterloo. Bridesmaids were Hanna Kullander, of Sigourney; Kayla Morse, of Brookline, Massachusetts; and Molly Kremer, of Newton, sister of the groom. Groomsmen were Travis Temple, of Waterloo; Brian Niesen, of Mason City; Mike Kremer, of Newton, brother-in-law of the groom. Flower girls were Allie Morrison and Mylie Morrison, of South English. Ring bearer was Jaxson Kullander, of Sigourney. The bride is a graduate of Des Moines Area Community College, where she earned her degree in mortuary science. She is a funeral director of Holm Funeral Home in Sigourney. The groom is a graduate of Wartburg College, where he earned his bachelor of arts degree in education with a major in physical education. He is a K-6 physical education teacher and varsity boys basketball coach for the Sigourney Community School District.
