Erschen — Stanek
Heather Stanek and Christopher Erschen, both of Covington, Louisiana, were married Oct. 15, at Beaver Hills Country Club in Cedar Falls.
Parents of the couple are Shelley Stanek, Fort Dodge, and the late Keith Stanek; and Judith Erschen, The Villages, Florida, and the late Gary Erschen.
Maid of honor was Amy Stanek, sister of the bride, Fort Dodge.
Best man was Ben Kelly, brother of the groom, Brookhaven, Georgia.
Bridesmaids were Vashti Graphenteen, Birchwood Village, Minnesota; Kayla Engel, Mankato, Minnesota; Kandi Poppler, Eagle Lake, Minnesota; Alexa Larson, sister of the groom, Evans, Georgia.
Groomsmen were Kyle Fintel, Muscatine; Nick Hanson, Bettendorf; Elizabeth Pape (groomslady), Dubuque; Peter Larson, Evans, Georgia.
Flower girls were Gabriella Kelly and Ireland Kelly, both of Brookhaven, Georgia.
Ring bearers were Calvin Poppler, Eagle Lake, Minnesota, and Gunnar Larson, Evans, Georgia.
The bride earned her bachelor of science degree in recreation parks and leisure services from Minnesota State University, Mankato, Minnesota. She works as the recreation program coordinator for Coquille Parks and Recreation of St. Tammany Parish, Covington, Louisiana.
The groom earned his bachelor of arts degree in general studies with a minor in nonprofit management from the University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls. He works as a customer sales executive with The Hershey Company.
The couple honeymooned in Belize.
