Morgan Border, Webster County 4-H member, was selected as a 2019 National 4-H Congress delegate. She recently traveled to Atlanta, Georgia. Border, along with other 4-H’ers from Iowa, spent five days hearing from speakers, participating in workshops, networking with 4-H’ers from across the country, and serving in the Atlanta community.
