Ardis Lewis, president of the Fort Dodge Evening Lions Club, presented a $500 check to Ron Newsum for the Brushy Creek Area Honor Flight. Newsum is the president of the board that organizes the Honor Flights, which take area veterans to Washington, D.C., to see the nation’s war memorials.
