4-H group goes to Omaha zoo

A group of Webster County 4-H’ers were among several area 4-H groups that participated in an overnight stay at the Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium in Omaha, Nebraska. While there, the sixth- through eighth-graders partipated in a guided night hike around the zoo, watched a movie, shadowed zookeepers and interacted with animals. They also got to sleep in sleeping bags within the Wild Kingdom Pavilion. Participating Webster County 4-H’ers were Lily Allison, Julia Eastman, Grant Farnham, Nathan Graves, Jace Hanson, Sasha Hess, Caitlin Croonquist, Kara McGonegle, Alexis Peterson, Logan Wittrock, Luke Royster, Ryan Wicklein, and Chloe Speck. Chaperones were Katie Allison and Matthew Hanson.
