EMMETSBURG — The 60th annual St. Patrick’s Day celebration kicks off today with the Miss Shamrock and Junior Miss Pageants at the Emmetsburg High School Auditorium beginning at 3 p.m. This year’s special guest at the Miss Shamrock Pageant is Miss Iowa 2019 Emily Tinsman. Three young ladies will be vying for the Miss Shamrock crown. Each contestant will complete an interview with the judges before the program.
