Westside Church of Christ holding gospel meetings Wednesday through Sunday

Westside Church of Christ, 1132 A St. W., is holding gospel meetings Wednesday through July 27. Meetings begin at 6 p.m. Wednesday through Friday. On July 26, there will be a barbecue at 5 p.m. Special guest speaker Cliff Huot, of Vermillion, South Dakota, will be giving the message of the gospel at 9:30 and 10:30 a.m. Sunday. CCS ninth annual Epic Rummage Sale is July 18, 19, 25 and 26

Community Christian School, 2406 9 1/2 Ave. S., is holding its ninth annual Epic Rummage Sale from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 18 and 25 and 8 a.m. to noon July 19 and 26 at the school. On July 26, all tagged items will be half price and all untagged items will be $5 per bag.

Coffee and Conservation is Saturday

Webster County Conservation is holding Coffee and Conservation at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Matt Cosgrove River’s Edge Discovery Center, 20 N. First St. Each month there will be an informal discussion about a variety of conservation/recreation topics in Webster County. Coffee and light snacks will be provided. July’s topic is archaeology awareness presented by Deann Haden, certified field and laboratory technician, Iowa Archaeological Society.

Fort Dodge blood drive is Friday

LifeServe Blood Center invites the community to this year’s blood donor day in an effort to boost the community blood supply during the summer, often referred to as trauma season.
