Kendall Young to hold children’s programs

WEBSTER CITY -- Kendall Young Library Children's Department will hold a variety of programs in September.

Weekly Programs

Children's Mini Makerspace (Family) stop in from 3:30 to 6 p.m. on Mondays in September to get creative. This come and go time will offer a variety of craft supplies to make creations on your own or the option of a special craft activity to get you started. Families are invited to color, paint, and glue together. We are excited to see all the artwork.

Wild Things (TK-second grades) will meet from 3:45 to 5 p.m. on Tuesdays in September. This time will offer a variety of stories and activities each week. Join us for all the adventures.

Fuzzy Ducklings (Under 3 years) will meet from 10:30 to 11 a.m. on Wednesdays in September. This parent/child experience is fun for everyone.

Hungry Caterpillars (3- and 4-year preschool) will meet from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Thursdays in September. This is a fun morning with exploring and adventure.

Tween's Time (third through fifth grades) will meet from 3:45 to 5 p.m. on Thursdays in September. They will explore crafts, STEM, cooking and so much more.

Friday Cookies, Scoops, & Books -- Drop in at the Children's Department between 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Fridays (September 4, 11, 18 and 25) for an afternoon snack as you pick up some books for the weekend. This is a come-and-go event.

Drop-In Saturdays -- Kids and families are invited to "Drop-In" to enjoy a time to get creative. Each Saturday in the Children's Department there will be a come-and-go activity available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
