Comic book artist to present a program at Mulberry Center Church today

WEBSTER CITY -- Phil Hester, a professional comic book artist and writer, will present a program at 1 p.m. today at Mulberry Center Church, 220 Ohio St. in Webster City. The event is free, but donations will be appreciated.
