Harcourt Library holding Christmas open house Dec. 20
HARCOURT — The Harcourt Public Library, 106 W. Second St., Harcourt, is holding a Christmas open house from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 20 at the library. There will be a coffee bar, book and bake sale and a silent auction.
