Fort Dodge Women’s Connection brunch set for Dec. 9, RSVP requested
Fort Dodge Women’s Connection will meet at 9:30 a.m. Dec. 9, at Tea Thyme, 2021 Sixth Ave. S. Reservations must be made by Friday by calling Kathy Meinders at 515-408-7981 or Vickey Messerly at 515-571-5380. Cost is $15 inclusive.
The speaker will be Kaira Sargeant, of Spirit Lake. Her talk is entitled “Finding Belonging in My Search for the Truth.” She was raised in a family of boys, so she grew up trying to figure out how to fit in with girls and a sense of “belonging.”
The special feature will be Armona Redenius and Shanda Kinseth leading a Christmas sing-a-long.
The next brunch is Feb. 10, 2026 (no meeting in January).
