KYL children’s department September events announced
WEBSTER CITY – Kendall Young Library Children’s Department will be having a variety of events in September.
Weekly Programs
Wild Things (TK-2nd) will meet on Tuesdays from 3:45 to 5 p.m. in September. This time will offer a variety of stories and activities each week. Join us for all the adventures.
Fuzzy Ducklings (under 3 years) will meet on Wednesday mornings from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. in September. This parent/child experience is fun for everyone.
Tween’s Time (3rd — 5th grade) will meet on Thursdays from 3:45 to 5 p.m. in September. They will explore crafts, STEM, cooking and so much more.
Friday Cookies, Scoops, & Books — Drop in at the children’s department on Fridays, Sept. 5, 12 and 19, between 3 and 5 p.m. for an afternoon snack as you pick up some books for the weekend. This is a come-and-go event.
Special Event
The Jonathan May Show — Magician Jonathan May will be presenting a fabulous show on Saturday, Sept. 20, at 10:30 a.m. Make plans to bring the whole family for the magic show, with lunch to follow. This show is sponsored by Friends of Kendall Young Library.
