The speaker will be Connie Beard from Bloomington, Illinois. Her talk is entitled “How to Handle the Unexpected.” As a world traveler, former educator and radio personality, Beard will share methods for handling the unexpected so you won’t be caught off guard in today’s ever-changing world. With humor and insight, she shares from her experiences, an answer for all our surprises. Beard has been a realtor and founder/director for a non-profit student theatre company.

The special feature will be Linda Benson, piano teacher in Gowrie. She will provide instrumental music.
